Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (165g) brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups (350g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Tips for Perfect Cookies:
Slightly underbake for extra soft cookies.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Use high-quality chocolate for richer flavor.
